Where set mapname

Hello guys.
Please help with some strange proublem.
First im tell what im mean.
Im want set Map Name in Arcane Trace . When im visit BI - in game view message in picture <Bloody Ice> but when im visit AT - game dont show this message.

Im open cabal.enc - and added a14.ebs and a14r.ebs added 12-14.efx (010 editor change inside for a14-r.ebs)
In global.enc - added this files too
And in Data/language/(My lang) / - im also added this files.

But still not work. Who say me, what im do wrong, or help me and another users or RZ fix that?
