Windows pinging Centos. All Details Here.

    Hey guys.
I have Centos 4.6 running on VMWare Server.

I have a bridged connection via VMWare, this allows me to ping Windows from Centos, but when I come to pinging Centos to from Windows, it wont let me, it says 'Request timed out.'

It is really confusing, since it lets me ping Centos>Windows but not Windows>Centos.

I have 2 NIC's one for internal and one for external.

The firewall in CentOS is DISABLED.

This is my ifconfig in Centos, and ipconfig /all in Windows.

    Thanks
    Xcell.
