Re: WinSCP Can
You need to check that windows can ping centos and centos can ping windows. If not the winscp won't be able to connect, either a firewall isstopping it or you have vmware networking problems.
Nobody can tell you what values to use as everybody's network is different and what works for me won't work for you. You must know how your network is set up or you will have a lot of problems trying to make Cabal run.

my 2 Probs

The two problems I have now the other, I have achieved everything
but now where I wanted to install the
how can I fix this?
-
Re: WinSCP Can
Don't say you are upgrading a server unless you already have a working cabal server as the upgrade option doesn't do everything, it just wipes the old config and reinstalls instead of a full install.
The default option (between [ and ]) is what i wrote it to recommend and you ignored me twice :P

Re: WinSCP Can
chumpywumpy
my
server is running but
Now I would like to host a 2 draw on it as I get through the long way because everything is running through a router
I have the Ip of my router, or from my main computer?
because my main computer at the Internet is
and is also demm everything from what are Inet
Could you please tell me
what do you have to change everything in there is to it. ini files?
IP is always 127.0.0.1
do I have to Change, if so which Ip because CentOS?
-
Re: WinSCP Can
Never change the ini files yourself unless you know exactly what you are doing and the server is already working as you will probably get it wrong. Use cabal_config.sh to configure the server, it will ask you what it needs to know to configure the server for you. Most of the IP addresses should be 127.0.0.1 but IPAddress= and AddrForClient= in worldsvr ini should be the wan ip and odbc.ini should have the windows lan ip.
When it asks what ip players will connect to you should use your WAN IP (www.whatismyip.com), so should the client internal.txt. If you have a router you must also forward the ports cabal uses to the centos ip.

Re: WinSCP Can
Vllt Could they make a video guide with a position as agnzen?
Internal.txt so and so because I think it because all IP addresses not quite druch
would be really nice of them
or is it on the clint?
have because of the normal version nomalen
and because the patch of dark
Internal.txt in the stands
IP = 127.0.0.1
PORT = 38101
CHAT_IP = 127.0.0.1
CHAT_PORT = 38121
What must Ip purely because
from Windows or by CentOS
if it is on client who could ask for who give me because client
because just like patch?
-
Re: WinSCP Can
Your internal.txt is wrong. The IP and CHAT_IP should be your wan ip (www.whatismyip.com) if you want a public server, or the centos lan ip if you want private only.
You can't make a video guide for the ip address configuration because it is different for everybody
