    WinXP + VmWare ... Chumpy

    Hello all!
    I enter the server of Cabal Online in 1 machine : Win Xp with base + Vmware with server

    I do it. The server is running! All good! And i join the server and get some fun to play! But.The IP of machines are :
    In WinXp-> 192.???.???.128
    In VmWare with server-> 192.???.???.12

    but in these IP's people can't to enter the server. Because it is my local ip's that i unrestand from some peoples.

    Question: How i can do .... that people can connect to my MAIN IP IN THE INTERNET LIKE - 86.???.???.194
    Some people say's that i must write in NAT settings in VmWare the ports
    I don't know - right this or no...

    plz help ...

    best regards xxx

    1st check your wan ip then put your wan ip on the configs, by the way what serverfiles are you using?

    If you use my files then type "cabal_config" from a centos terminal/putty and when asked about the ip address players will connect to enter your wan one, it can detect this if your DNS is working or you can check whatismyip.com.

    Thx! PS: I use the Chympy iso of a CentOs for a ready up server.
    My WAN IP ( INTERNET IP WITCH I USE ) - 86.110.143.28 ( as a present )
    If i change the config file's ( odbc.ini and some others in /cabal ) to 86.110.143.28
    And write in Internal IP - 86.110.143.28
    The people can connect to me?

    PS: Server is used in 1 machine ( main machine : Win Xp + VmWare with chumpy ready up server )

    + what network connection in VmWare i must to change?
    Now it is set up : Host-Only

    Check www.mediafire.com/chumpy for my vmware networking guide which explains how to determine what type of connection you have and how to set vmware up to work for that type of config.
