Texture of the screen = Skin? you can find all files you need for that in ..\data\UI\ open them with Photoshop(this is what i'm using) using nvidia's .dds plug-in.
The skin is called "Shinobi".
Web scripts are a problem as i think there are 2 PHP coders here at most that actually release anything. I have got so much work to do at the moment i can't spare any time for custom scripts.
