WorldSvr_01_01 starting problem

Cent OS:5.11 (final) x64
Windows OS: windows 7 ultimate sp1

Centos LAN IP:192.168.1.74
Windows LAN IP:192.168.1.67

Do u have turned off firewall? yes, on both systems
Describe your problem: http://imgur.com/LalynKu this happens everytime I start worldsvr causes centos to freeze sometimes. This happened after I put infinity server files in ect/cabal and replaced all the ip's, an explanation for a noob would be really great, help through teamviewer would be appreciated
