The EQUIP_WEPN and EQUIP_ARMR look like a char (char number 1625, user number 203 i think) is wearing invalid items or items they don't have the stats for. I'm not sure about the other one but i would guess at mobs and timers somewhere.

I use the GP client and SAUR0N's client synch patch (check the sticky in this section) at the moment. I don't think it is client related though i suspect a player or two is wearing gear they don't have stats for or is invalid (i don't recognize the item numbers it is giving).
