XTrap + Win XP

Hello. Many peoples with Windows XP have problem with XTrap (Step 1).
If in hosts on Windows 7 add:
46.150.37.47 xtrap.cabalonline.com.br
All work, but if it add on Windows XP - XTrap no work. How fix it?

The file must not have a extensions, must have a right encoding.
Check the Advanced options under TCP/IP on the network card in question. Make sure "Use LMHOSTS" is enabled.
Also, try doing "ipconfig /flushdns" then "ipconfig /registerdns"
