This means another loginsvr is running. Rebooting Centos might cure it but if not run cabal_config again and then reboot so any orphaned processes are killed.

Do this in terminal ( Or Putty ): cd /root/home/cabal ( If that doesn't work get rid of the /home/ part and just let it be /root/cabal/ then after that's done type ( In the putty or terminal again ) cabal_config ( Anybody can correct me if I'm wrong which I more than likely am. )

should be a command in "root" already if cabal_install was successful.

Login to root and type:

cabal_config

Although you should have first done a clean

cabal_install
