same thing as I had 45 days ago =P

the right way: setup an ftp server and put the appropiate dirs and files there
the easy way: point the updater to a running ftp server of A3, and make sure the vn.ini matches that server.

Yes, most everybody found this. In my opinion I do this
    - Client version may check in ..\data\vn.ini inside must be same server version like 202
    - Try disconnect client and reconnect twice if it still connecting....
    - Stop server and restart all program again
    - Try connect twice some my trick check on server screen at loginagent, loginserver may some thing change like connect normal=0. But when we tried connect, it will show 1.
    - Try login wrong password, disconnect and reconnect again.

I used some thing like that it will be connected but for the first time open server I will found connecting..... many time after I can connected, now I can exit and login ok.

check for firewall or antivirus blocking the ports. use netstat to check the connections both in client and server
the **right** way for testing this is to use two computers
