I believe this package should contain virtual GM. It has many functionalities built using Visual Basic. Play around with it and you will find what it has to offer.

Simply put, Virtual-GM implementation of A3Elements was an emulated client with only specific no. of client features. It was an external program that could log in, select character, enter game world, listen to chat messages and take specific actions based on chat message.
