Hey how can i build a A3 Launcher ?

Now i make a launcher , it can be replace old IP in a3client.exe and change by new IP . But sometimes , can't connect to server . Because A3client.exe thinks 10.0.0.100 different 010.000.000.100 ? Can u tell me ? how can i fix it ? or give me better Launcher than it ! Thanks alot
