which OS you are running ? if its 64bit then the procedure is different than in 32bit

In 64bit OS you have to :

//Move to path of system then register the dll

cd \windows\syswow64

regsvr32 c:\MSSTDFMT.DLL

syswow64 is not der in windows

If you are running a 64 bit windows then C:\Windows\SysWOW64 should be there....

download the file place it in c:\msstdfmt.dll

then take start->run->REGSVR32 C:\msstdfmt.dll(type this)
