I found everywhere only guide for windows xp ... no guide given for windows 07
which sql to used ??
how To install???
if any one had done a3 server with windows 07 ....
please give a detail guide as given for Sql 2000

dude use sql 2005 for win 7 2000 will no work in win 7 and follow the same guides....

u can download sql 2005 from

and follow the same guides there sm difference but u will find the way out of it

dude use sql 2005 for win 7 2000 will no work in win 7 and follow the same guides....

You can install sql2k in windows 7 but without execute from autorun because that generates compatibility problems. You need open your CD or file of SQL2k. Now open x86 folder, now select setup, execute setupsql.exe and finally you can have your SQL2K correctly installed.

follow the same steps mentioned for sql 2000, you can run the server, no need to do PHD to install, same procedure and i succeeded. after installing sql 2005, install Borland Database Engine for win7.
