Need To Know About All Quest available.

The second line is "Feather of Dark Harpy submitted 0/2". When you submit 2 feathers quest gets completed!

This is totally wrong. That quest drops cannot be submitted to NPC.

But The Quest isn't getting submitted.
Problem is when i will click the NPC and click on Quest.
it says continue quest or quit quest.
What are possible issue's

You have to drop that feather in Carode Map at X-23, Y-222. Just drop it down like other items and report to Arena NPC again. Quest will get completed.



That chinese word is "Dropped". Please edit your GT.ull in client data folder.

But now what about this part.
already delivered Staff of hammerd to rosee.
Want to know further ,
siniere says "Go to Rosee"
and Rosee says : Continue OR quit quest

I wonder why people do not read the 'bla bla bla bla' of NPC while giving quest.
This quest is special quest. You have to go to carode map and goto Clarb Ground Floor entrance there. which is the door near grou place if you have visited there as a player. Drop these feathers in carode map near that door and then go back to NPC and submit quest. Same as wooden heart quest of fairmode

that quest should not take those hammerds from me , means that rosee took hammerds immediatly and it showed also progress.
so i was convinced about it.

Please leave playing a3 game. You are asking the normal game play. That is not bug. The quest drop item will be delivered to NPC before u finish the quest kills. That's the part of a3 game. It's made like that. Grow up. Please don't ask any further questions pertaining to normal game play. This forum is not a game play guide .

unable to decode and get description of few quest as some of them come in chinese or korean language ,
while i have one more question upon favors or relation with any NPC.
what does it determine and any successfully ways to improve it constantly .
any file which maintains this relation status or relation points or whatever related to this.

All the favours are stored in db under charac0 table mbody column. Find i mbody section now. Dont post which npc updates which part of relation in mbody. Find urself. Make all 0 and do 1 quest from any npc. After submitting, go back to db and check which part is updated with some numbers in favours sub-string.
