Server runs unstably and invalid request error

Server runs seemingly well. But has two bugs:

1.Sometimes I cannot see the character after I choose the server list. Close the client, then try again, maybe I will see the character.
It's the problem I am not sure I will see the character after click the serverlist. Sometimes I have to try about 3-4 times until I can choose character.

Maybe the reason is that I have too many databases in my SQL2008

2.I cannot buy shues, nor teleport to another map.
I have enough game currency, but when I buy shue, it says "invalid request".
I can see the teleport list, but after I click the map name, it says "invalid request".

By the way, I have a another little question: If I want to make a backup of the infomation of account and character, what files should I store? just the mssql database? or should I store other files in the server directory?

I run the server files in vbox, the system stably works.

Might be u r using Zoneagent that i have released ,
