What does this say? I know its not about mapinfo.ini in any of the server folder.?

Gotcha, I was facing problem with all Exe files MS, AS,ZS,BS,CS all. this is because my antivirus was blocking its executables even after i disabled my antivirus. Hence, i uninstalled my antivirus and all exe worked like charm... I LOVE A3
