Zoneserver Error

Hi Guys,
Can anyone tell me What can be the reason ?

Check files inside ZoneData/npc folder. You might have copied map file into npc folder by mistake. Check file size. Map file is usually 257KB while npc file is only 1KB or less!

I have checked there is no file more than 1 or 2 kb

I only extracted the server files . nothing changed accept server , password and ip address
