dekaronserver.exe crash in this point. I'm new as DEV for Dekaron so I'm pretty noob. Can someone help me to solve that issue? Please!

Your maplist is pointing at lots of wrong files.
You have to fix you monster, and npc spawn at the /map/xx_mapname/
folder and also point in the maplist the spawns and the .mal

I recommend you to use a standard share found here, some servers protect their spawn and drops so other people cant have them.

Also for csv editing use csved ^^
