Summoner Skills A working Fix?

I used the forums to check for any answers but I didnt see anything. We all know that the skills are already mesed up in the skill tree. Does anyone have a fix for this or not?

Also Venmon Light the correct lvl to learn is 32 correct? I have all the skills in order to learn it but when I right click on the book to use nothing happens.

Before you ask me questions about the build and what files I'm using I have no idea. I'm just helping a friend.

yes, a loot of people have fix's for that and for anothers stuff, but no one its gonna share here.
Its obvius, you have 4 forums:

questions: 99%
devs: 0.033%
release: 0.033%
tutorials: 0.033%

you know what that means?, ohhh yea, leachers. ;)

heres the fix: use OLD skill files from old server files + add the new ones to the skilltable and then put it in both, client and server - it will repair your skill tree;)
