I made a server briefly so i cant play with my friend but i would like to play with other ppl that i dont kno so i wanna make it pubic. Since im bad at coding or scripting yml i need help

-need helper that has experience and also has alot of time
-im using bukkit server
-thinking about puting the server 24/7
-have 4GB Ram i kno its not enough for alot of ppl but its ok
for now

i would like to add permission and levelcraft and stuff
but it gets too complicated i need help
