Well firstly, download it and ask help on the MineCraft forum. Second, there is a new Water Mob in the official MineCraft.

The new water mob has nothing to do with this thread.
Also yeah - just go to minecraft forums -> Modding section. Mo' Creatures are usually on the first page of that subforum, and it should have all the info you need about that. Also if you need help with it, register there (it's free and doesn't require you to have an active MC account) :)

I think he wants to run the mod on a online/LAN server, which only works FOR the clients with the mod.
Clients without the mod, won't be able to see the mobs.
