need help making Factions server

So i have a few servers that i own but my newest server is a factions server where pretty much if you raid it you can keep it loot but i only just brought the server today i am working on adding some plugins as we speak and a spawn area but i am looking for staff to help me get this server going

Whenever I try to enter a server with an IP/Address it says "Locating Server /" for what seems like forever, never ending. Help on how to fix this? Thanks.
