Find out why.

Many possible reasons exist, and your post gives 0 information except "my game is broken". :p

Check your hotuk.ini for the EXP lines. I must tell though, I never had this problem. :s:

You never had server and client with de-synchronised Exp:Level table, or max level of client greater than that supported by the server or bad patches to correct those things or experience stored in SQL tables mis-matched with the form in the save game or...

Even on servers where most characters and accounts are fine, I've seen this happen in bugged save games.
