Program to monitor .exe's internet activities

A while ago I saw a program that could monitor the .exe's activities, it was here on this forum but I can't find it anymore. Anyone know a name of a good one? I've downloaded some but none were what I was looking for.

My favourite one is Net-Peeker, it is the best of the best IMO as it has packet scanning inbuilt into it. So not only can you see what programs access the net, what ports and ip's they are connecting to, you can also inspect each packet of data sent. But you need to pay for it after 30 days of use.

Second fave is NetLimiter4

Lastly is TCPview
