Pulling the server & boss time

So im sure not sure if this is somerthing that would have to be grabbed from a .dll or if this is something that is unique to the modified server .exe... but i cant seem to find/figuer out exactly how to pull these values in order to post them...for example to have them on a web page.

any help at all will be greatly appreciated and credited.

not sure why this is just clicking but the server follows a certain time zone doesnt it? or does the time just reset/change every day or restart?

as for the boss hour i see how that plays for in-client use but im not sure how to really export this.

this may be something that is beyond my capabilities but i thought i would take a stab at it and see if i dont learn a thing or two.
