Character Name displays blank.

I have no idea what I'm doing. Any help will be appreciated, so here is my story. I followed the guide below red to the point of downloading ragray but ragray is down so i downloaded kRO & Renewal Full Client blue and could not find clientinfo.xml in the data folder so I went and download data version 2.0 from green. Then I ran 2011-01-18aRagexeRE.exe and created a character but the Name appears blank so i continued and went into the castle and talked to the receptionist, she asked for my name and I just can't get past the receptionist.
