control panel problem help

i have a control panel for ragnarok my question is can i make people to connect to it without using a domain help pls

you have to host it of your computer.. or whatever you hosting ragnarok of.. then download wamp/xampp and host the files.. and then get no-ip or something to give you a free domain so its not your ip.

find a ragnarok cp.. and they usually come with a install document or a read me file :)

i already set up the cp the only prob is hot to make people connect to it by the way im using live cp version 1.27

my problem is i dont have money to buy or rent a domain so is there a way to make people connect to my site without a domain

yes theres a way they connect into your site. just give them the wan ip so event if you don't use domain they can connect. by using proxy and theres a free domain go check at no-ip.org
