[Help] *.bat files crashing

I'm normally not the type of person who asks for help but my server is really starting to annoy me. First I tried setting up a testing server on my computer. Everything was good an all. Until of course it would reject my account from the server. I figured it was cause I wasn't allowed to port forward or something like that. So I tried the same thing on my Dedicated Server. Everything was going fine, I did it exactly the way I had done before (By your guy's Tut) then.... the bat files started crashing and I have no idea why. I replaced the cygwin1.dll and the cygz.dll with two other versions I had that came with a map-server_sql.exe hoping it might help a little. Then I got the following error.



After I pressed okay the other two CMD windows crashed.

If anyone could help me it would be much appreciated. I could just wait till my friend WGFreak gets on... but I have no idea when that will be and I want to get this up and running for EpicGamerz ASAP.
