[Help] Configureing client.

Well im running the latest stable SQL files. Okay the problem im haveing is the guides are all fragmented telling me one thing and another telling me something totally diffrent. First off i downloaded RagRay the latest version installed it. Has data.grf and rdata.grf, idk if that will work and i need to know. It would really just be best if someone could help me step by step the eathena guides on wiki the site is down completely wont display at all. Or anyone know a complete detailed guide of makeing a server and getting the clients translated,as well as date files translated and all that thanks
