[help] nobody can't connect

Hi my problems is that no one can't connect to my server, i tried giving them my scientxml file with my ip and everything but it still doesn't work please help me, please and thank you LOL

they can go select there Character but then they chose it it says failed to connect to server

Did you forward all the ports ?.. Login, Char, Map Server ?..
i think u lack 1...
