[HELP] Remote Admin

I wonder, how to make remote MySQL administration.

When MySQL Administration pop-up window ask for Server Host should I type server's IP? Then its Username, Password and Port: 3306? Am I right?
If I am, then why MySQL gives an error?

I am asking for your advice.
Please, give me some tips.

Aaand... I will connect to MySQL Browser on current PC. But what if I want to connect to MySQL Browser on another PC, where is server? How could I?

hmm..usually i control my SQL DB via Webserver - phpmyadmin and for edit something i use FTP access to control my pc. or you can use TeamViewer to control PC from other PC
