[help] run/map/char serv can't access sql

Like my title says, when I try to start runserver-sql It says sql access denied.
I have set char_athena and map_athena user and pass to ragnarok.
I also set the ragnarok DB login user and pass to ragnarok, I created the user name ragnarok in mysql admin and still no connection.

Did u grant all access in your MySQL administrator?
If you didn't open that up and click User Administration on the left, then click on your Ragnarok name, in the box look at the top for "Schema Privileges" and click the "<<" button. Do that for your Ragnarok database and log database.

Did you edit inter_athena in your conf folder?
If you didn't open that up and scroll down to find the MySQL log ins and stuff and edit them.

If these don't work then I suggest you posting screenshots of the problem.
