help with server

Can someone help me download right stuff for a ragnarok server i want to host one just for me and few friends to chill and play i tried multiple times to do it, but now im lost i have hard time getting the clients to work with server i deleted everything could someone just tell me wich server and exact client link downloads i need to play on the server, thanks appreciate it btw im on windows not linux
