Need> RO Server Help

If I posted this in the wrong section... but I need help with my RO server. here is the status of my 3 command prompts:

Mapserv: sucessfully logged onto character server, Receiving 2 GMs from login serv. Map Sending complete. received fame list 0 characters?
Logserv: Login server is ready, char- server 'eathena' accepted.
Charserv: map server-0 loading complete?

I have the FullData_v3, and the data inside the Pinky client in my data folder, Yet when I open the client, It says:

Failed to Connect to Server.

is the exe for your server revision ?
if not download a compatible one
check your sclientinfo.xml if there is one wrong line it wont work to
update your client fully
