npc and mobs

i wanna knows if anybody can help me cuz i made a server of rag following the tutorial from this forum
and i made the server but dont have any mob or npc
i tryied to add but still without apear anything
need help please

This problem has been solved! if you followed the sticky tutorial!

then you should also download the optional downloads w/ it the map server!

bcoz the current map server u have wont automatically spawn mobs or npc! ok? to ur original RO server folder! and iverright the old one!

Download that MAP server and copy
