arcturus login problem [iRose]

Hello guys , I've been trying to set up a server for my self to have some fun on but i encountered a pretty big problem .
I'm not able to run my Login server at all . There are no errors or anything . Checked the .ini file like 200 times , tried everything that i could've think of and still nothing .
Anyone has a suggestion how to fix this ?
It just stays like that . If i click OK it just appears again and again ...

most of the time when it stays on that window, it has an issue with connecting to the MSSQL server.

It looks like you have an older sho launcher exe (which doesn't really matter since it has no impact on running the server), so I would suggest downloading DebugView, run it and try to open the server again. You should see the messages that the server displays in the black box and extra info in the DebugView program.

After doing this you can either read and try to find out why it can not connect or you can post the log here.
