does anyone can help to point me out where or how to change the tribe/job skills damage changer by chakra

Example if i want to change abikara fire damage increase more by nerve , or lightning damage will increase more on mental other than nerve

or specifically desti of samabat damage increase by heart other than mental

any help or clue please.. thanks before
