GM Tool Source Code/Replicate

Does anyone have a source code for the GM Tool? I am planning on making my own version of the tool, will gladly share it here once I am done.

Or can someone share how I can replicate functions of the GM Tool like Notifications Chat or Server Monitoring for example.
