help with lvl limit

Is there any good in the amount of aid goes to only lvl A20, increase lvls in htseeting.xml up to 254 then converted to htseeting.txl and paste this file to the server has not been done or I'm missing something done, thanks in advance

Disculpen no entendi nada de nada a mi me comentaron ke en el htmessage se le aderia los lvls, de ahi mas no se , haber si alguien me da una ayuda con esto del limite de lvl se los agradeceria, y porfavor si alguien es mas especifico seria de mucha ayuda Gracias
