How can I make my client connect to my server(local host)?

Can someone teach me how to make my client (Tantra 3000fr) connect to my server(Local host 127.0.0.1)?

My server is ready (except for the itemsrv.exe, giving me config.txt error) anyway,
GM Tool
SQL 2005
DBSVR
MSGSVR
SQLDAEMON
And Zone 1-6 servers are all good

Basically my client is untouched, what should I do to make it connect to my server?

Serverlist.txt file have the local ip and configuration?, client version is same in server files?

Server\Zone1\Data\Settings.ini

find Ver = , this is the version of your files (must same in the client)

by example
Ver = 6.9.0.6 this is "K6"

Well, that managed to fix everything you have my "thanks" button xD

But now I have another problem, I can't go to any map, I tried putting different zones on my character like 1,2 or 7 Madara, Shambala and Jina but I cant seem to login

BTW, the server says "INIT FAIL", so I edited the serverlist.txt and added "0 0 1" on the first like
and made it look like this
"0 0 1
0 0 127.0.0.1
0 1 127.0.0.1"

The "INIT FAIL" didn't show up, but still my character is stuck at loading screen and still cant enter the map

Version 3.8.0.0 (Server and Client) Everything is okay

I can now go to mandara, I can change the drop rate

But I can't buy items in npc, I get DC if I buy items in npc (Sorry connection has failed to server)

My itemserver.txt is 127.0.0.1 7154 (ItemSRV)
and itemserver.txt (zone1) is also 127.0.0.1 7154

but I can't buy NPC items
