Kruma Rupiah Drop and All Maps Exp Rate

hello ragezoners,

i have a problem in my zone10 (high kruma) when players die they drop 50% of their rupiahs, i checked my worldsettings.ini for RwdGold and LoseGold

they're both set to "0" so I do not know what's causing them to drop rupiahs, i tested other kruma maps like vedi and anaka, they dont drop rupiahs in vedi and anaka, only in high kruma

for my exp rate, my server doesnt seem to follow my settings.ini and tantraparam, I set the vasabhum pranasreward to 1000 and my settings.ini to RwdPrana = 100

But when I run the server and kill a vasabhum outside mandara it gives 2500 pranas

I tested on other maps but the result is the same, also I think it is limited to 12k pranas because when i set it to 13k or more it gives 6091 pranas, if i set it on 12k, it gives 30k pranas (2.5x just like other maps)

can anyone share their knowledge with me please? my last suspect for these would by my zoneserver.exe but not sure
