Problem when registration in web and create character

Hi guys - Error: Creation of Character Failed.

English:
When I created an account on my website and entered the game and then when creating the character I got this error and I already tested 5 different websites. The file .tad note that is as damaged, then what I do is create a user with the program, and replace the .tad and there if you let me create the character.

Al crearme una cuenta en mi pagina web y entro al juego y luego al crear el personaje me sale este error y ya probe 5 webs diferentes.El Archivo .tad note que esta como dañado, entonces lo que hago es crear un usuario con el programa, y reemplazar el .tad y ahi si me deja crear el personaje.
