"Please connect again" Log in error. please help

Is this because I have no website to login or register? because I think I dont have one. I just downloaded web links and put it on htdocs and change some like gamelogin.php. can you help me how to solve this because Im stuck here and read some similar problems here on the forum but I can't solve it. please help. I think I'm a bit closer on success.

is this because of the HTLauncher thats why I cant login?

check your ip in HTMessage.xml

I have done it and all the same. I change it in excel and also change it using Psad Hex.
