can anyone share 6.9 tools for HTSSetting&HTScript

this is the compiled size from Lunatic's HTSSetting.xml:
and this is the screenshot of the compiler forgot which link was it.
there a difference in file size from 347kb to 388kb so 388kb doesn't work on the zones. I too is having hard time looking/converting spanish language to english language (just the monster speech, the title quest, brahman points, prana, set effects...). other languages were resolved in the clientres and other hpk files.
