    Tantra modding

    Good day to you all, I'm sorry for being noob.

    I would like to ask if how to eliminate the limit of

    Vertex and Index in tantra. I am doing some 3ds

    stuff to change the default npcs but the

    default that is acceptable by tantra is 3000 x

    9000 below mesh. I see that tantra ribhu npc got

    10,000 verts and 44,973 edges/index. How they do

    that? Can anyone please help me. If you have some

    idea, please comment. No seen zone please. I've

    ask some people but no reply from them.

    Hello you need to modified the " HT3DHeaven.dll " to increased Vertex Mesh.

    Thanks for the reply. Its okay now I got the file from other forum for free and it works. I was about to buy the dll from someone that offered me $50. (Sigh)

    Don't trust anyone that is selling files. Guaranteed 99% of the time they stole it from someone else in the first place and are trying to screw you over.

    Yeah, that is exactly the same sentiments that I was thinking now. I was just tempted because no one answers the post.


    Anyway, I have tried importing new npc in game but the problem is the texture is invisible sometimes different texture. I followed @Panyawan tutorial in exporting mobs in 3dsmax. Im using 3dsmax 2009. Maybe 3ds got the problem? Thank you.

    Hello if you add another (New) NPC ,make sure that you already Map the Texture.

    Yes @Panyawan, like what you did with the monster you add the modifier unwrap uvw then render. After that I open it in ps. Copy the original texture and paste it to the new. And then export it to dds and apply the texture to the npc in 3dsmax and move the unwrap uvw below the skin modifier then export to tmb. Did I miss something sir?

    after you Save is to .dds did you rename the texture ??

    Got it working now bro, thank you for the reply. I think the v2 script has the problem, not compatible with 2009. I now use the fatimporter insanity version, need to flip normal before exporting in 3ds and reposition the mesh in laying down.

    For V2 version Tool you need to put Coll. Box ..

    I'm comfortable now with the version 1 @Panyawan. Tantra modding

    My next target is to add more items w/o replacing the old ones. Is it possible in K5?

    Yes. Some HtLauncher can support more ID's ..

    Great! Do I have to hex it? If yes, too bad I dont know the offset of k5. Haha. I just read hetero tutorial in k4.
