It will help if they have a static ip address but, you can add them to your admin.txt to have access with the gmtool. They will have to setup MSSQL server studio management express as you have it setup on the server but, only for TantraGM in theirs with a copy of the GMTool and OBDC. Also make sure that their ports are opened up for the server and their pc. You can find the ports by finding the PID in the task manager and then going to the command prompt and entering "netstat -ano". If you don't see the PID in the taskmanager be sure to click view and check PID. Use the advanced settings for your firewall to manually enter the port you need open. Make sure you set it for inbound and outbound in your firewall. Another thing to make sure of is that your surface manager allows remote connections using both TCIP and Pipes in MSSQL.
