Unable to save current location

Has anyone else encountered this problem when saving location from Memory Maiden?

The issue only occurs on High Kruma, other maps are fine.

Param of Client and Server are matched
Tried with other files for Client and Zone10
Tried using default NPC XML Jina4th (For Zone10)
Tried using default param and clientres on Zone10 and Client

But didn't solve anything, can anyone help me please?

Just modify your portal level requirement.
