Change notice and misc (200x exp) text in server selection?

I would want to replace the MISC part with something else and I'm guessing the notice/support is kind of client sided (maybe launcher downloads the text?)

you can change exp 200 > \SERVER\ManagerServer > ManagerServer.ini into LootTimes=what you want change here and ExpTimes=200000 what you want change here

Yes, I know how to change the EXP rate, but I don't want the server selection to display the rate
Also, any idea how to change where the links in the menu lead? "Register", "Charge" ?
