I don't think you can connect mysql from linux side to window side navicat(cuz I tried it before a long time ago), but if you are trying to connect to sql server just click connection and select sql server enter your sql server name/user and pass and you should be able to connect to sql server.

SQL Server = owned by microsoft
MySQL = owned by Oracle
you need to use a connection to MySQL

So first of all MysqlWorkbench is installed on my preconfigured centos. With that u can add rights to your windows to connect to linux. Only thing u have to do is find your win ip, create a new user-password and add your ip for that user.
